Pipe Coating
The T150 & T276G & T276-III pipe coating system is a high-performance multi-layer solution designed for the corrosion protection of water steel pipelines. Using P1019 liquid adhesives, the system creates a uniformly smooth contact surface that promotes strong adhesion between the coating layers and the pipe. These liquid adhesives are formulated with corrosion inhibitors and adhesion promoters, allowing them to flow easily and fill surface profiles and irregularities. The T150 anti-corrosion layer is engineered to deliver excellent bonding to the primed surface with superior conformability. The T176-G and T276 middle and outer mechanical protection layers fully bond with the T150 inner layer, ensuring maximum durability, handling resistance, and long-term in-service protection of the pipeline.
